At Danmax, we ensure maximum career growth for our officers. Security Officers who perform well are selected for higher training such as supervisory courses and elective modules.

Security Officers who have worked with Danmax Security for more than 2 years will be recommended for senior positions, such as Senior Security Officers or Security Supervisors. Security Officers who have performed their duties well for at least six months will be recommended for salary adjustment or advancement. Security Officers who have 2 years of working experience will be recommended for the Senior Security Officer position. Senior Security Officers who have 3 years of working experience, and have managed security sites and demonstrated supervisory skills in people management, will be recommended for the Security Supervisor position.

Positions Available

Operation Executive (OE)

Responsibilities:

  • Rostering and deployment of Security officers and standing in of duty when required.
  • To assist & support management team on all operation matters, overseeing security matters and officers, enforcing and implementing security measures and compliance, update clients on daily manpower, managing reports of daily timesheet with our security system.
  • Perform Night Checks on all assignments to ensure and maintain a positive & professional environment will full compliance in laws, regulations, policies and procedures that the security officers comply with.
  • And all other job related task requested by the management.

Requirements:

  • Supervisor (SS) certificate

Security Supervisor (SS)

Responsibilities:

  • All of Senior Security Officer (SSO) duties and;
  • Incident management, reporting, and investigation
  • Direct supervision of security personnel
  • Conduct team briefing and debrief
  • Execute evacuation plans and exercises

Requirements:

  • SUP – Supervise Security Officers
  • AASR – Assess and Address Security Risks
  • ISP – Induct Security Personnel

Senior Security Officer (SSO)

Responsibilities:

  • All duties of a Security Officer (SO)
  • Responding to complex and large-scale safety and security incidents
  • Managing security and safety systems (e.g. central alarm system, fire alarm system, lift control system, car park system)
  • Regulating traffic
  • Monitoring CCTV, central alarms, and the fire command centre
  • Maintaining CCTV storage libraries
  • Preserving evidence
  • Assisting law enforcement

Requirements:

  • Deterrence (Manage Disorderly Conduct & Threatening Behaviour)
  • Security Surveillance Management (Perform Remote Surveillance Function)

Security Officers (SO)

Responsibilities:

  • General screening of people, staff, vehicles, and properties.
  • Guarding and patrolling properties
  • Access and egress control
  • Basic incident reporting

Requirements:

  • PGPS & OBSE – Guard and Patrol (Provide Guard and Patrol Services and Operate Basic Security Equipment)
  • HSIS – Incident Response (Handle Security Incidents and Services)
  • RTT – Threat Observation (Recognise Terrorist Threats)
